Photos: Bears vs. Vikings (Week 17)

The Chicago Bears ended another disappointing season with another disappointing loss to a division rival. In what’s sure to be John Fox’s farewell, the Bears fell victim to self-inflicted mistakes, bad playcalling, and ultimately were just outplayed by a playoff team that just locked up a first round bye.

In the 23-10 loss to the Vikings, Mitchell Trubisky went 20-for-36 for 178 yards, no touchdowns, and a 69.0 rating. The rookie quarterback had his share of struggles against a very talented Vikings defense, but he continued to show flashes of his potential. This was, after all, Trubisky’s rookie season, where he was working with practically nothing, including a coaching staff that was holding him back more than helping him.
