Press Conference: Mitchell Trubisky Talks Vikings Loss

It was an ugly end to an ugly season for the 2017 Chicago Bears.

The Bears were disappointing in a 23-10 loss to the Minnesota Vikings, which dropped them to 5-11 on the season and 0-6 in the division.

Rookie quarterback Mitchell Trubisky had his share of struggles in the loss against the league’s top defense, but he continued to show flashes of his potential that’s likely to make the Bears soon-to-be head coaching job an appealing one.

Trubisky finished the game 20-for-36 for 178 yards, no touchdowns, and a 69.0 rating.

In his final press conference of the 2017 regular season, Trubisky talked about facing the vaunting Vikings defense, his time with John Fox, his struggles in the red zone, and continuing to work on how to grow in his first offseason.

It’s sure to be a busy offseason for the Bears, which includes a 10am CT press conference where it’s expected that GM Ryan Pace will announce John Fox’s firing.
