Bears Unveil Orange Nike Jerseys
The Chicago Bears are returning to their orange roots. On Friday, the Bears unveiled the orange Nike jerseys that they’ll be wearing twice this season.
“I think it’s a great look and it’s a modern-day look that’s reminiscent of our past,” said the Bears chairman George H. McCaskey.
The Bears will wear them in Week 6 at the Miami Dolphins (Oct. 14) and in Week 11 at home against the Minnesota Vikings (Nov. 18).
Bears quarterback Mitchell Trubisky modeled the new orange jersey:
This marks the first time the Bears will wear the orange jerseys since 2011. Before that, Chicago donned them from 2005-09.
